The intentionality of Zeevanity is to serve others in hopes for guest satisfaction in a quality experience ,while ultimately fulfilling ministry through loc maintenance and haircare. After service, clients will have the option to pre reserve their next appointment. Extra guests are prohibited, with the exception of an adult guardian accompanying a child client. Cancellation Policy
It is kindly requested that all clients honor their agreement to arrive at their respective reserved time. Failure to do so risks appointment cancellation and/or rescheduling.
There is a 10 min grace period. Arrivals beyond the grace period are subjected to an additional $10 fee to continue service.
No Call No Shows will be charged their remaining balance.
Reschedules and Cancellations must be done at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Deposits are Non- Transferable.
Failure will result in a 30% cancellation fee of the balance.
All outstanding balances must to be cleared before future reservations takes place.
Please book the respective services, Failure to do so will result in clients being advised to upgrade their services. This can also risk appointment cancellation and/or rescheduling.
